I see it as a conscious choice individuals make, adapting their behavior to specific situations. This flexibility can be incredibly advantageous in navigating the diverse challenges present in the tech sector.

I was eager to share my ideas and contribute actively, believing that assertiveness was key to making a mark. Unfortunately, this approach did not always yield positive outcomes.
